A typical house situated at the foot of Chalmont, overlooking the surrounding countryside… In choosing Julien Jeanroy (Ajeance) as architect, we wanted it to be resolutely contemporary, but with absolute respect for the past and tradition.

The establishment belongs to a hotel-gastronomic restaurant in the neighboring village (Auberge Frankenbourg). We can also recommend colleagues offering more traditional cuisine.
